Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website astechlabs.co.in and any services provided by A S Tech Labs Private Limited ("A S Tech Labs", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

A S Tech Labs provides software development, IT consultancy, and related services including but not limited to web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI product development, as agreed in a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract with each client.

2. Engagements & Payment

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees are defined in a signed proposal or contract prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may request cancellation of an ongoing engagement by written notice to contact@astechlabs.co.in. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Advance/retainer payments are refundable in full if cancellation is requested before any work has commenced on the engagement.
• Once work has commenced, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; any remaining unearned advance balance is refunded within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.
• Milestone-based payments already invoiced and paid for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. A S Tech Labs retains the right to reuse general knowledge, tools, and non-confidential methodologies developed during an engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

A S Tech Labs' total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
